Support
Stuck at the door? Start here.
Email support@pawpass.app. On party nights we watch the inbox until doors close.
My sign-in code didn't arrive
- Search your inbox for
PawPass code:; the code is in the subject line. - Check the spam and "Other" folders. Codes expire after ten minutes; request a new one from the app.
- Use the address you actually read. Both
netid@princeton.eduand your alias land in the same inbox and map to the same account. - Prefer the button in the email? It opens a page with a Confirm button; it will never sign you in just by being opened.
My pass won't scan
- Turn the screen brightness up and hold still; the scanner reads in under a second.
- Ask the door to type the six-character code under your QR.
- If your photo is missing, the pass won't show a QR until you add one in You › Profile.
I'm an officer and want PawPass at my club
Email us with your club and role. You'll need a roster CSV (netid or email, name, class year, role) and the spots per class year your club gives for a List night. Setup takes one call; the first party is on us.
Delete my account
In the app: You › Settings › Delete account. It takes effect immediately. If you can't get into the app, email support from your Princeton address.
